My aunt always inspired me to do baking. I studied Culinary arts in Colombia,few years later I moved to Venezuela with the intend to study Architecture but I was not accepted because I had study in another country. 

In 2011 I had the chance to come to New York to work using my Culinary knowledge that I acquired at Venezuela High Training Educational Institute. I started my business in 2016.

For the first years I have worked for different restaurants.It was in 2015 when I started my own business at HBK incubator as a whole sale baker. 

After working a few months at HBK and getting all the needed licenses  I started selling Pabade baked goods at coffee shops close to HBK. The first one is Uptown Roasters located at 110th street.  

Mission

Our mission is to impact our city with a range of a more healthier and diversify options of eating and acquisition of the best and qualified products, where anyone could be expose to a beneficial product baked with products highest in quality on the market.
